The Harbour Buffet Apartment has been totally refurbished. It is contemporary, chic, bright, modern and meticulous -- with a very secluded back yard. It is excellent for those visits to St. John's where you need more than one bedroom, and where you require the use of a full kitchen. It has been designed not just as a family home / residence, but to also allow two executives to live independently, with two full bathrooms, as well as a third on the main floor of the house.

Location

This apartment is located on Southside Road which is just a five minute ride to the harbour - where neighbours have been neighbours for decades. The wonderful Newfie Bullet train used to run behind these houses. Long gone, what remains now is a fabulous 1,000-kilometre trail that stretches the breadth of the island. This residence faces this trail which is excellent for running and walking.
