A Note of Caution
There are many apartment scams out there. Please do not approach any of St. John's Executive Apartments for independent viewing. Beware anyone who solicits deposits on any of our units (or indeed on any St. John's accommodation) through third party scams on such (valuable yet vulnerable) websites as Craig's List or Kijiji. There have been instances in the past within St. John's where clients have been directed to view properties, and pay deposits to third properties in fraudulent schemes.
About our St. John's furnished apartments and houses
St. John's Executive Apartments offers FULLY-furnished apartments/houses to meet a variety of needs. Whether you need transitional accommodation or longer term rental - we are sure to be able to offer appropriate resources. Short term or long term! Call or email to ascertain availability and costs. A $500 deposit is required on all long-term, month-to-month bookings; $250 on shorter term. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will typically forfeit the deposit. Situations are always unique - discuss yours with us for better clarification.
Utilities
Unless otherwise specified, St. John's Executive Apartments' rates for furnished units include all utilities - within reason. Each unit will have a pre-set heating allowance. This additional surcharge is designed to encourage clients to simply "not heat an empty apartment". If you turn down - not off - the thermostat when you leave, you should never encounter any additional heating charges. The typical heating budget is set between $150 and $200 for each respective unit. You will be advised at the time of booking your pre-set heat allowance. Longer term rentals can be extended the option to sourcing their own utilities

Pets
St. John's Executive Apartments does not typically allow pets - but we may be flexible - in the event that you do convince us to allow "your wee beastie" to join you. Remember,there may be an extra cleaning charge, and your credit card will be charged for any damages. Best to call to discuss as it will also very much depend on which units are available at the time of booking.
Apartment Cleaning and Cleaning Services
We will clean and service each apartment between clients. You are, however, expected to leave the apartment/house in good order: beds should be stripped; towels on the floor of tub/shower; dishwashers loaded; garbage emptied; recyclables and regular kitchen garbage in appropriate blue or black garbage bags at exterior garbage containers, or in the garage, if applicable. Clients who do not adhere to these standards, and we appreciate not everyone will, or has the time to, will be charged appropriate exit cleaning charges. Your credit card will reflect these charges following your departure. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at a rate of $40 per hour for a team of two cleaners.
Damages
Please bring matters which require service to individual units to our attention. Matters pertinent to plumbing, electrical and house maintenance are important and we value your input in this regard. Should damage occur during your stay, additional charges will be levied to address same.
Check-in and Check-out
Most of our units have coded locks to allow easy client access. You will be advised of the code a day or so short of your arrival. Check out is simple - call to advise when you are departing; a post-stay inspection will release any pre-authorized caution deposits. Receipts can be emailed to you for your convenience.
